| Description | Grammarly is an American English cloud-based typing assistant. It reviews spelling, grammar, punctuation, clarity, engagement, and delivery mistakes in English texts, detects plagiarism, and suggests replacements for the identified errors. It also allows users to customize their style, tone, and context-specific language. |

| More Information | Grammarly is licensed on a per name basis and the new period begins on September 1st. Faculty are covered at no direct cost and if utilized within the last year are automatically setup for the period 9/1/2023 to 8/31/2024. New faculty wishing access should submit a ticket to the TSC to be added. This request requires approval with your Associate Dean. Seats are limited, and no new users can be added after 5/31/24. Staff in non-academic units wishing Grammarly should contact their tech support and have the appropriate person submit a department order via TechZone at techzonesales@ilstu.edu (cost is $12 per person). Batch orders are appreciated. Students are not eligible via this license.
