| Description | The Opscan Evaluation unit provides a variety of test scoring and analysis services to the Illinois State University instructional community. The primary focus is test scanning, but scanning of research data and some institutional forms is available. |
| How to Access/Request | Opscan (bubble-sheet) forms are available in the Opscan offices in Williams Hall 117. Completed forms can be returned to that office with a completed job request form, available here. |
