About

This will be an overview to campus's Jamf Pro environment.

Getting Started

  • Sites

Sites in Jamf Pro are used to separate out objects and provide role based access to an IT Support Team.  To change your Site, go to the top right corner of the console and select your team.

The following objects can be scoped to a site:

There are also objects that cannot be scoped to your team's site and are only available at the top level site "Full Jamf Pro".  Everyone has access to work with these objects.

Be careful when deleting objects at the Full Jamf Pro site level. You can effect another IT Support Team if that object was in use. Only edit or delete the objects you create or that you know are safe to remove.
